A native of Huntington, West Virginia, Pastor Carney Layne surrendered his life to Jesus Christ in 1980. Serving Him has been Carney's life goal and pleasure since that time! Through the decades of the 1980's, Carney's primary ministry was as a construction missionary in Panama and Haiti, taking on building and property development projects for several missionary organizations.
Since 1987, Carney has been very happily married to his lovely wife Robin. They have six grown and growing children and 1 grandchild.
The Laynes relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1989 to finish school. Carney has earned both his bachelors and masters degree in Biblical and Pastoral studies.
As of 2020, the Laynes have been working in Clark County, Wa for over 25 years in Kingdom ministry. They began ministering at Shiloh fellowship in 2010 and since then Carney has taken on the role of lead pastor. Carney says "Robin and I love the life that we have been called to and are excited to see God defeating the Kingdom of darkness and bringing real life to those who will follow Him!"

"How can I not Worship the One who saved me"!
It is my express desire to Exalt my Savior through musical worship, to see Him High and Lifted up! To enter His gates with Thanksgiving, and in to His courts with Praise!
Where the Holy Spirit meets our authentic gratitude.
*As Worship Pastor of Shiloh Fellowship, I can say that I have experienced the greatest love in this body of believers, and I have the honor of working with the most amazing people on our team.
